Father Tony Ciorra celebrates our 9am or 11am Mass each Sunday and leads talks and workshops at SFDS throughout the year. (Click here to view his Leadership Breakfast on the topic “What difference does the Second Vatican Council Make In Your Life?”)

Father Tony currently serves as the Vice President for Mission & Catholic Identity at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. He was ordained a priest in 1973 and holds a PhD in Theology from Fordham University. In 1999, he was given the pontifical honor Pro Eccelsia et Pontifice by Pope John Paul II in recognition of his ministry in the Church. His most recent publication is Beauty: A Path to God (Paulist Press, 2013). He is actively involved in creating programs for inter-religious dialogue among Jews, Christians, and Muslims.
